Refund policy

To request a return, email elysium&salt@elysium-works.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the item you would like to return. Change-of-mind items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

Please contact us before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Send approved returns within 14 days of receiving our instructions.

We provide prepaid labels for approved returns and charge no restocking fee. Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns, except where required by applicable law.

If an item is wrong, damaged or defective, contact elysium&salt@elysium-works.com with your order number and a description of the problem. These items are handled separately from change-of-mind returns and do not have to be unopened. We cover necessary return postage. When refunding a wrong, damaged or defective item, we also refund the original shipping charge attributable to that item.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of return receipt, or within 10 business days of our confirmation that no return is needed. We do not wait for supplier reimbursement before issuing an approved refund. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it.
