A Little Piece of Elysium…
This brand was built around beauty and rocks, just like the name says. Elysium for the beautiful place, salt for the earth.
I wanted to create something I could be proud of, as a woman owning a small business in southern West Virginia. Not something I was embarrassed to talk about — something real.
Salt has been part of my life for years. I find it healing, inside and out. My bathroom is my sanctuary — the one room where the day stops asking things of me.
This brand is the same instinct, pointed at a different shelf. I don't manufacture these formulas in my kitchen. I choose them the way I'd choose for myself: reading the ingredient lists, testing the textures, keeping what earns its place and cutting what doesn't.
The name Elysium carries the name of someone I love. It also means a place of extraordinary beauty and peace. Salt brings it back to earth — elemental, familiar, real.
If any of this helps another woman realize it's time to relax, or indulge, or just take twenty minutes for herself — then it's doing what I built it to do.
You don't need a special occasion. You don't need a perfect bathroom. (Mine is currently a construction zone.) You just need twenty minutes and something worth soaking in.
